Mrs. Carol Jean Tubbs age 54, of Holladay, TN passed away on Wednesday March 13, 2019 at Decatur County General Hospital in Parsons, TN.

She is survived by her Husband, Tony Tubbs of Holladay, TN; Mother, Voncille Oevermann of Holladay, TN; Sons, Michael (Lisa) Oevermann of Bathsprings, TN, Josh (Brittany) Tubbs of Decaturville, TN; Step Sons, Anthony Tubbs of Holladay, TN, Adam Tubbs of Holladay, TN; Sister, Teresa (Donnie) Blackstock of Decaturville, TN; Grandchildren, Lyla, Blair, Kennedy and Lawson.

She is preceded in death by her Father, Lewis Oevermann.

The Tubbs family will receive friends on Saturday March 16, 2019 from 11:00AM until time of service. Services will be held on Sunday March 17, 2019 at 2:00PM in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in the Prospect Cemetery in Holladay, TN.
