Clark Blankenship

Mr. Clark Blankenship age 77 of Darden, TN passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family on Oct. 31, 2023, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.

His job never defined him as he held many over the years from Farming the legacy farmland that belonged to his family before him, Pipeline Work, Real Estate Agent, Truck Driver for various employers, to Auctioneer in which he took great pride in and was most proud of.

He is survived by his wife Linda Blankenship of Darden, TN; son, Tony (Rebecca) Blankenship of Fairview, TN; daughter, Cristi (Joey) Greenway of Lexington, TN; stepchildren, Greg (Maritta) Keymon, Pennie Ross, and Amanda (Ronny) Hopper all of Darden, TN; grandchildren, Keaton Blankenship, Will Greenway, and Max Greenway; several step-grandchildren & great step-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray & Faye Blankenship; sisters, Peggy Teague & Patsy Renfroe; stepson Clayton Keymon.

A visitation for Mr. Blankenship will be held on Thursday Nov. 2, 2023, from 11:00AM until 8:00PM at Parsons Mortuary. Visitation will continue Friday Nov. 3, 2023, from 10:00AM until the time of funeral service. Funeral services will be held on Friday Nov. 3, 2023, at 2:00PM in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in the Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Darden, TN.
