Mrs. Frances Daw Quinn, age 92, of Decaturville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Mrs. Quinn is survived by her son, Johnny C. Daw; daughters, Gina Crosby and Debbie Foster; and her brother, Jack Baker. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren: Kelly Allen, Jason Crosby, Kacie Howard, Dakota Duncan, Tia Foster, Jim Foster, TJ Foster, and Chip Foster. In addition, she is survived by twelve great-grandchildren: Lee Baugus, Jaycie Allen, Emma Crosby, Ima Crosby, Joyner Crosby, Silas Howard, Jojo Howard, Crosby Duncan, Currin Duncan, Owen Foster, Jacob Foster, and Cadie Foster; and two great-great-grandchildren, Gunner Baugus and Katherin Barnett.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary K. and Shelly Welch.
Visitation for Mrs. Quinn will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and again on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM at Parsons Mortuary. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Campground Cemetery.
