Obituary

Mrs. Henrietta C. McCorckle age 75 of Parsons, TN passed away at Maple Cottage Assisted Living on July 14, 2023 in Portland, TN.

Mrs. McCorkle was a member of the Parsons First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a member of the VFW of Parsons. She retired from a life long career at the TN Telephone Company. Some of her hobbies she enjoyed were sewing, crafts, and helping in the church.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Chad) Box; brother, Rick (Georganna) Coleman; grandchildren, Cade Box, Cullen Box, and Norah Box.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray McCorkle; parents, Lunell & Charlie Coleman; sister, Sharnell Woods.

Visitation for Mrs. McCorkle will be held on Monday July 17, 2023 from 2:00PM until 8:00PM at the Parsons First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Visitation will continue on Tuesday July 18, 2023 from 10:00AM until time of funeral service. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 18, 2023 at 11:00AM at the Parsons First Cumberland Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in the Suttles Chapel Cemetery in Holladay, TN. Bro. David Hawley officiating.
