Hilda "Faye" Cox

Mrs. Hilda “Faye” Cox age 79 of Scotts Hill, TN passed away at her home on June 28, 2023 in Scotts Hill, TN.

She is survived by one brother, Jimmy Austin (Judy) of Reagan, TN; one daughter Judy Moore of Scotts Hill, TN; two sons Ricky Burton (Paula) of Parsons, TN and Tony Burton (Angela) of Scotts Hill, TN; five grandchildren, Tabitha Sampson (Zachary), Shaun Burton (Sarah), Daniel Moore (Michelle), Christopher Burton, Tonya Hall (Allen); Eleven Great Grandchildren; very special first cousin, Diane Mayo.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jerry “Digger” Cox; one son Jeffery Burton; three brothers, Freddie Wade, Wylie Austin, and Harold Wade.

Visitation for Mrs. Cox will be held on Friday June 30, 2023 from 2:00PM until 8:00PM at Parsons Mortuary. Visitation will continue on Saturday July 1, 2023 from 9:00AM until time of funeral service. Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 1, 2023 at 12:00PM in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in the Olive Branch Cemetery in Cottage Grove, TN.
