Isabelle Hickerson

Mrs. Isabelle Hickerson, 95, of Parsons, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, at AHC Decatur County.

She is survived by her sister, June Craig, of Peoria, IL; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hickerson; mother, Ellen Modlin; father, Claude Modlin; brothers, Perry Modlin and Mack Modlin; sisters, Dorothy Modlin, Lillian Rainey, Marion Modlin, and Billie Box.

Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services. Services will be held in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel on Monday, February 21, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Spence Cemetery with Bro. Mark Mays officiating.

The family requests that no food be brought to the funeral home during visitation and funeral services. Masks are optional.
