Jeffery "7-Up" Alan Burton

Mr. Jeffery "7-Up" Alan Burton age 60 of Henderson, formerly of Parsons passed away on Thursday March 16, 2023. 

Mr. Burton was a retired gravel truck driver. He was known by many people as "7-Up". He enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family. He adored his grandchildren, Logan and Emily.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Burton of Henderson, TN; mother, Hilda Faye Cox of Scotts Hill, TN; daughter, Tabitha (Zackary) Sampson of Parsons, TN; brothers, Ricky (Paula) Burton of Parsons, TN, and Tony (Angie) Burton of Scotts Hill, TN; sister, Judy Moore of Scotts Hill, TN; grandson, Logan Sampson; granddaughter, Emily Sampson.

He is preceded in death by his father, John Paul Burton; step-father, Jerry "Digger" Cox; brother-in-law, Danny Moore. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday March 18, 2023 from 10:00AM until 9:00PM at Parsons Mortuary. Visitation will continue on Sunday March 19, 2023 from 10:00AM until time of funeral service at Parsons Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Sunday March 19, 2023 at 2:00PM in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel. Bro. Roger Hill officiating.
