Jewell Dean Wilson Sanders

Mrs. Jewell Dean Wilson Sanders age 84 of Darden, TN passed away on May 16, 2023 at Henderson County Hospital in Lexington, TN.

Mrs. Jewell was a member of The Bear Creek Baptist Church in Parsons, TN.

She is survived by her son, Johnny Sanders of Darden, TN; daughters, Rita (Dean) Marshall of Darden, TN, and Anita (Brent) Ricketts of Darden, TN; brothers, J R (Paula) Wilson of Darden, TN and Glenn (Joy) Wilson of Scotts Hill, TN; sister, Thelma Renfroe of Darden, TN; 6 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas R. Sanders; mother, Ruth Wilson Knight; father, Carlton Wilson.

Visitation for Mrs. Sanders will be held on Tuesday May 16, 2023 from 5:00PM until 10:00PM at Bear Creek Baptist Church. Visitation will continue on Wednesday May 17, 2023 from 9:00AM until time of funeral service at Bear Creek Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 17, 2023 at 4:00PM at the Bear Creek Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Darden Cemetery in Darden, TN.
