Joyce M Collin, 83, of Holladay, TN, former long-time resident of Rock Falls, IL suddenly passed away April 11, 2024.
Joyce was born on July 10, 1940, to Robert and Genevieve (Buss) Mammosser in Lena, IL.
In 1958 Joyce met Robert McCloud and started a family, four children, and in 1965 she continued raising her family with Paul Burall Sr. adding two more children.
Joyce enjoyed helping others, loved her country music and traveling. Her passion was her family, children, and grandchildren, demonstrating the profound impact she had on their lives. This obituary stands out for its sincerity, depth, and celebration of Joyce’s life, offering a touching tribute that honors her memory and legacy. Her departure comes as a great shock and deep wound, and it is gravely felt by her entire family and countless others who loved her deeply in her wide-network community.
Joyce was preceded in death by spouse Gary Collin; mother, Genevieve Mammosser; father Robert Mammosser; stepmother Gayle Mammosser; brothers, Al (Barb) Mammoser, Gary (Pat) Mammosser; daughter Kathy (Tom) Franks.
She is survived by sister, Norma (Chuck) Rinks; brother Bernie (Cindy) Mammosser; daughters, Pam (Rick) Bradford, Cindy (Brad) Pursell, Leanne (Mike) Schumacher, and sons Mike (Holly) McCloud, Paul (Barbara) Burall; and 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Stepsons: Dale Collin, Scott Collin, and Johhny Collin.
A small grave side service was held April 13, 2024, in Holladay, TN, officiated by Pastor Charles Rinks.
