Margaret Marie Penkowski (nee Karpinski), 80, of Linden, Tennessee passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 in Nashville Tennessee. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 19, 1941 to her parents Mildered Karpinski (deceased) and Telesfor Karpinski (deceased) She later moved to Tennessee in 2008. She is the Loving Wife of John Joseph Penkowski (deceased) : Loving Mother of Diane Marie Wolfe (deceased) and Donna Ann King (Richie) : Special Grandma of Lisa Marie Boutwell (Forrest) and Laura Ann Maness (David) : Precious Great Grandmother of Drake Wyatt Boutwell : Sister of Terri Soucek (John), Antoinette Hancock (Dan), Bill Karpinski (Mary Jane), Wally Karpinski (deceased) (Patsy) and Don Karpinski (deceased) (Charlotte) : Devoted Friend of Robby and Val Wolfe : Dear Aunt of 8 : And many other Relatives in Ohio.

There will be a Celebration of life on October 2nd 2021 at Heaven's Hand Ministry 125 W Fourth Avenue, Lobelville TN 37097 at 2:00PM with Brother Duane Ritter officiating.

In Lieu of flowers the family has set up a Savings Account at the Bank Of Perry County that is designated for a headstone. The account is set up in Lisa Boutwell's name. Donations can also be mailed to Lisa Boutwell at P.O. Box 212 Linden, TN 37096
