Mrs. Marie Gilbert age 87 of Darden, TN passed away on Wednesday February 5, 2020 at her home in Darden, TN.
She is survived by her Son; Jerry H. Gilbert of Darden, TN, Daughters; Bonnie Gilbert of Darden, TN, Rita (Steve) Holmes of Lexington, TN, and Sandra (Jim) Matousek of Arlington, TN, Sister; Shirley Collett, Grandchildren; Chris Powers, Sherry Gilbert, Brandy (Micheal) Austin, Luke Gilbert, Valerie Maples, Jimmy D. Gilbert, Richie Holmes, Robert "Bobby" Gilbert, Lauren Matousek, Rachel (Josiah) Shipley, Matthew Matousek, 10 Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Husband; Kermit "Red" Gilbert, Mother; Belle Hays, Father; Bob Hays, Brothers; Robert Jr. Hays, Dennis Hays, Larry "Bud" Hays, Sisters; Mildred Thomas, Carolyn Baker, Betty Jo Barham, Grandchild; John Gilbert.
The Gilbert family will receive friends on Thursday February 6, 2020 from 11:00AM until 9:00PM. Visitation will continue on Friday February 7, 2020 from 9:00AM until time of service at Parsons Mortuary. Services will be held on Friday February 7, 2020 at 1:00PM in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in the Bear Creek Cemetery in Parsons, TN.
