Mr. Ronald "Ron" Thomas age 75, of Decaturville, TN passed away on Sunday June 9, 2024 at his home in Decaturville, TN.
Ron excelled in basketball in Joliet, Illinois, and then transferred to Henry, TN. He served in the United States Marine Corps and travelled the country in the construction industry. He also was a devoted father and husband. After many years with Logan Aluminum, he retired to Decatur County. Anyone who was ever blessed to know him, would not be able to forget his infectious laugh, his ability to tell stories, and the incredible amount of love he showed to everyone.

Visitation for the family of Mr. Ron will be held on Friday June 14, 2024 from 4:00PM until 5:00PM at Beacon Church of Christ in Beacon, TN. Visitation for friends of the family will be held on Friday June 14, 2024 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Beacon Church of Christ in Beacon, TN. Public visitation will continue on Saturday June 15, 2024 from 1:00PM until time of funeral service. Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 15, 2024 at 2:00PM at the Beacon Church of Christ with burial to follow in the Bear Creek Cemetery in Parsons, TN.
