Roy D. Tomlinson

Mr. Roy D. Tomlinson, age 84, of Holladay, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2026, at AHC Decatur Co. in Parsons, TN.

Mr. Tomlinson is survived by his children, James Tomlinson (Katherine) of Holladay, TN and Betty Vitt (Brian) of Holladay, TN; grandchildren, Roy A. Tomlinson of Ewa Beach, HI, Amber Hamm (Mikey) of Holladay, TN, Candiace McClain (Brent) of Hohenwald, TN, John Cooper (Kayla) of Milan, TN, Christie Cooper (Jo) of Mt. Juliet, TN and great grand children Jesse Lane Hensley, Jarrett Hamm, Claire Cooper, Caroline Cooper and Kyler McClain. 

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Blaine and Gennie Tomlinson; wife, Elizabeth “Liz” Tomlinson; brothers, Wayne Bare and Donnie Tomlinson.

Visitation for Mr. Tomlinson will be Thursday May 28, 2026, from 10AM till time of service at Parsons Mortuary.  Funeral services will be Thursday May 28, 2026, at 2PM in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in the Yellow Springs Cemetery.
